中國鍛壓協會 2021年12月

中國鍛壓協會按專業和行業設立有18個專業委員和工作委員會，一些活動明確了由相應委員會承辦。對涉及其它委員會專業內容的活動，該委員會當然成為活動的主辦方或協辦方，但活動表中沒有列出這些委員會名稱，以活動通知為準。

中國鍛壓協會2022年工作計劃

主題
準確把握黨和國家經濟政策，關注企業呼聲，為基層發展出力。
工作重點
首先要下大力氣完成和完善已經開展的各項工作，強化執行力，把必須做的和應該做的工作做到位，這是2022年工作的重中之重。
2022年啟動行業能耗和碳排放指標調研，制訂有利于國家節能和控碳政策的需要，響應國家3060行動規劃。
開展系統的調研工作，聯合各類兄弟協會，主動向各級政府部門反映行業訴求；認真解讀黨和國家政策，引領行業把握好宏觀經濟走向。做好鍛壓行業“十四五”發展綱要和“鍛壓技術與裝備發展路線圖（2021-2035）”宣貫工作，在引導行業和企業發展的同時，注意繼續收集行業和企業存在的焦點、難點和熱點問題，及時利用各種研究方式強化引導。促進企業注重開發新興和細分市場，實現差異化競爭，走專精特新的發展之路。
優化展覽會組織工作，開展以“活動帶招展”的工作模式；強化“九月節”工作，不斷完善“九月節”活動體系建設；堅持開展豐富多彩的行業交流活動，繼續開展網絡直播會議，注意預設討論主題，促進參會者的參與感，增加互動，堅持“報告要講透，內容要接地”的活動總思路；積極推進新媒體服務與紙媒服務融合，做好數字化、可視化和語音化服務，完善行業融媒體中心；加大行業標準制訂的同時，做好標準委員會換屆工作，同時也要注重和探索開展團體標準的推廣工作，召開制訂標準和標準應用培訓會，通過制定標準規范行業競爭、提升行業話語權和增強行業影響力；繼續為企業發展提供強有力的專家支持；繼續做好協會對外宣傳工作，擴大協會影響力，做好會員管理和征集工作，協會可以適當吸收與行業相關企業如金屬模具制造與焊接企業的加入；繼續探討建立教育培訓基地，堅持教育培訓與時俱進，實踐教育培訓 “規范和流程化”，建立包括網絡教育在內的新型行業培訓體系。
做好第九屆代表大會籌備工作，平穩和順利地完成換屆工作。充分發揮包括理事單位在內的協會領導和行業工作積極分子作用，不斷拓寬協會工作內容和形式。建立協會活動品牌，強化會員與非會員參加協會活動的區別對待，參加活動收費要有差異，增強協會凝聚力。強化協會服務機制與服務形態，加強對會員企業的服務工作，利用網絡加強會員企業的對外宣傳。改善協會管理體制，堅持建立和完善以制度和流程為基礎的治理模式情況下，注重突破條條框框，創新思維，調動發揮協會員工的主觀能動性。
2022年繼續推動富京技術公司由制造型向服務制造型轉變。推動雜志社有限公司由單一型媒體服務向多元化、綜合性媒體服務轉變。
具體任務與措施
把控好“協會市場行為和業務靈活開拓”的尺度，堅持誠信和實事求是，為社會、政府、行業、企業和從業人員做好服務是協會永恒的措施。
新冠疫情給服務業帶來巨大的沖擊，協會首當其沖，把壓力當成挑戰，把挑戰變成機遇，利用當下的時機做好自己的事情，讓我們有機會和動力開拓新的服務工作。重要工作包括強化海外溝通和交流，學習西方工業發達國家先進的工藝和技術，引領行業發展；注重企業熱點問題收集，持續尋找行業需要的服務工作，發展中國特色的綠色鍛壓、高端鍛壓。
協會設立京外基地，完成京外基地建設仍然是我們必須面對的挑戰。
提升執行力，培養員工的格局，改善員工的思維方式，開展必要的員工培訓是2022年員工工作重點。
做好第九屆代表大會籌備，順利和圓滿完成大會議程是協會2022年的重要工作之一。
堅持“會議的階梯化存在”，會議采用差異化策劃、組織和召開。以“案例式講座+互動式討論”相結合的會議組織模式，繼續堅持2021年開始的主題策劃形式，提升會議的質量。
2022年，加強行業熱點問題的小型討論交流會的召開，有目的地引導行業向正確的發展方向邁進。
基于企業實際控制人的榮譽需要，以及企業宣傳的需求，2022年推動舉辦“高端峰會”，以個人參與為主要特征，除邀請行業內頂級企業的實際控制人外，要著力邀請一些工業界、文化界、政界和經濟界等的名人參與，共同探討行業發展，從而推動培養更多的行業戰略企業家，為引領行業發展探討新路。
繼續堅持2021年制訂的海外交流發展計劃：“著力強化組織與國際聯絡部建設，必須下大力氣強化與亞洲國家政府有關部門的聯系，尋找相關協會，力所能及地建立聯系。在沒有與我們建立起協會或企業聯系的國家內，確立50家國外鍛造、沖壓和鈑金制作企業（每個行業不少于10家），主動進行聯系，探討交流合作的可能。加強與外國駐華使館、貿易促進機構的聯絡工作，了解產業情況和宣傳行業。要特別加強與俄羅斯和中東歐國家機構和企業建立聯系”。
繼續重視沖壓、鈑金制作領域工作，要繼續加大會員征集力度；適當增加涉及沖壓、鈑金制作行業的工作委員會。探討成立板材成形設備委員會，或探討成立具有俱樂部性質的一體化服務沖壓、鈑金制作行業的聯盟。
在未來幾年內，力爭協會直接會員達到萬家。
充分發揮行業內大量默默無聞的創造者和奉獻者的力量，引導他們走上前臺，為發展整個行業做出努力。
協會應充分理解行業企業的需求，應該包括：技術和管理知識與經驗交流、市場服務、金融服務、行業影響力和榮譽需求。未來協會開展活動應圍繞這些展開。
繼續加強與模具、材料和大型主機廠聯系，建立廣泛的產業鏈協同發展環境。
完善相關產業調研和服務工作，特別是連接、焊接、材料供應和金屬成形模具行業。要認真研究這些行業的技術發展和經濟形勢，從而為鍛造、沖壓和鈑金制作行業的發展拓展相關領域服務。
推廣和完善“九月節”品牌體系，堅持全員辦好中國國際金屬成形展覽會（MetalForm China）。2022年，修正金屬展的展出形式，強調“以實物展為主”，嘗試“以活動和拜訪交流帶動招展”模式組織展商，讓展商切實有獲得感，讓觀眾不虛此行，建立互動友好的氛圍，增加協會掌握行業心聲的渠道。
繼續研究探討 “鍛壓裝備智商”評價工作，將鍛壓裝備信息化推進委員會改制成鍛壓裝備信息化評價標準制訂委員會，從而推進制訂鍛壓裝備的信息化等級評價標準。做好封頭行業等級標準制定和評價工作的總結工作，建立和完善有利于行業良性競爭的等級標準體系，引導行業健康發展。
2022年，堅持高標準制訂標準，聯合制訂標準，實用制訂標準和規范問題制訂標準的原則，制訂標準必須有利于規范市場行為，推動合理化競爭，也要有利于政府對行業的管理。
發揮行業領軍企業和行業專家學者的作用，恰當和適時編制行規行約、工作指引等通用文件，指導和引導企業發展和變革。
雜志與網絡必須堅持已經開展的工作，但必須把“堅持和創新”有機地結合起來。
培訓基地落地是2022年的重要工作。
擴大專家庫規模的同時，必須解決好如何有效利用專家庫，發揮專家作用。
繼續做好服務政府工作，不僅是中央政府部門，更要注意做好地方政府部門服務工作。
繼續開展科技成果鑒定工作。繼續開展專題調研，研究制定專題研究的方式方法，確定研究主題和內容。繼續爭取建立起系統的鍛壓行業數據收集體系，做好行業生產數據等的統計發布工作，保持行業經濟形勢運行分析會的持續性和前瞻性。探討研究建立鍛壓行業公益研究機構，為行業解決共性問題和推出人才服務。開展好為地區產業發展、企業技術改造等的咨詢和專家服務工作。
2022年，做好已有調研分析工作的同時，必須開展能耗和碳排放指標的調研工作。
中國鍛壓協會在積極開展好技術、管理經驗交流，促進技術與管理進步的同時，要開展行業共性問題的專家討論與交流，這些共性問題包括但不限于宏觀經濟、文化建設、人才工作、政策解讀、技術趨勢和行業發展方向。
推進北京富京技術公司的發展，在理順過往工作的基礎上，堅持三個方面的業務發展，爐窯建設與維保、數字智能工程服務中心建設、探討教育培訓產業化經營。
在爐窯建設與維保方面，積極在燃燒系統、控制系統、檢測系統等方面予以建立自己獨特的具有數字支撐的技術體系。利用自身力量，探討和實踐大數據和智能化在加熱爐窯方面的應用，為企業實現智能化服務。建立和運營以工業爐維護保養為主導，以設計新建為輔的工業爐服務制造公司。
2022年，富京公司完善“數字智能工程服務中心（Virtintelli Engineering Center）”,主要開展：①代理銷售應用于鍛造、沖壓和鈑金制作行業的工藝模擬、設計、企業管理與數字化加工等軟件；②組建行業聯盟，為鍛造、沖壓與鈑金制作行業企業提供成套服務；③加大中小企業服務力度，協助中小企業開展工藝研發和工藝改進工作；④開展人才模擬和數字化技術的培訓與培養，吸納企業人員到協會共同開展工作，推動行業數字化技術的應用。要充分發揮中國鍛壓協會旗下的北京富京技術公司的作用，利用富京公司對設備控制系統熟悉的優勢開展包括設計、模擬、數據收集、車間和企業管理一體化系統軟件和硬件的研究開發與服務。
2022年，富京公司運營中國鍛壓協會教育培訓中心的工作應取得進展，將教育培訓工作依據市場化、系統化和正規化的原則開展，實現中國鍛壓協會培訓基地建設的目標。
2022年，如果無法執行協會年輕人的企業見習，將制訂員工培訓內容并開展內訓工作。力爭完成編輯第二本具有協會文化的著述。
注重黨建工作，鞏固好黨史學習教育活動取得的成果，認真學習中國共產黨第十九屆六中全會精神和《中共中央關于黨的百年奮斗重大成就和歷史經驗的決議》。繼續開展好黨、工和團的工作，發揮其在協會工作中的積極作用。迎接黨的二十大的召開。要特別注意發揮黨、團和工會的作用，以及嚴格要求黨員同志，發揮先進模范帶頭作用。2022年繼續踐行具有協會特色的黨員活動和管理。工會、團支部繼續加強協會內部團隊建設；團支部繼續考慮建立包括會員企業在內的新媒體平臺，廣泛吸收行業內青年的關注，能夠使廣大青年自我學習自我成長。
